This casserole is a favorite with the kids. The lightness and crispiness of the cracker wraps itself around the creaminess of the pasta. This is quick easy and delicious.

Ingredients
  1. 6 133 g tins of tuna
  2. 8 cups cooked egg noodles, cooled
  3. 1 teaspoon Garden spice
  4. I cup grated parmesan cheese
  5. 1 tin kernel corn
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Mix together and set aside
Cracker topping
  1. ½ cup melted butter
  2. 3 cups crushed crackers, any will do, but I like Bretton or a flavored butter cracker or mix
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Stir together well. Making sure the butter is incorporated throughout
Sauce
  1. ½ lb butter
  2. 2 cups heavy cream
  3. ½ cup water( mixed with cornstarch below0
  4. 2 table spoons corn starch
  5. 2 Garlic oil (if you have crushed garlic in the jar, just drain from here)
  6. 1 table spoon crushed garlic
  7. Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. In a sauce melt your butter, add garlic oil and garlic.
  2. Pour in your heavy cream and bring to hot. Add in cornstarch mixture and bring to hot again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour this mixture into your noodle mixture and fold the mixture together gently as to not break the noodles up.
  4. Pour this mixture into a deep casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs.
  5. Back at 350 for about 35 minutes.
  6. Remove and let stand for about 5 minutes.
Notes
  1. Serve with a salad … kids love this dish.
